Teresa Waterworks, Inc. (TWI) is a water utility company headquartered in Angeles City, Pampanga, delivering reliable water service to communities across Central Luzon — and, more recently, expanding its reach into Pangasinan under the Nepo Water brand.

Teresa Waterworks, Inc. (TWI) was founded in 1985 and named in honor of Teresa G. Nepomuceno, who had passed away fifteen years prior. The company was born out of the Nepomuceno family's need to supply water to its real estate developments in Angeles City — starting with the high-end Villa Teresa Subdivision, the Nepo Mart commercial complex, and what is now known as the Angeles Ice Plant.
Under founding president Engr. Peter G. Nepomuceno — who also led sister company Angeles Electric Corporation — TWI began with just 50 residential clients. As word of its service spread, neighboring communities began requesting connections of their own, and the company grew well beyond its original subdivision footprint.
