(OWCI) is a joint venture corporation formed with the Obando Water District (OWD) to design, construct, rehabilitate, operate, maintain, finance, expand, and manage water and sanitation services for the Municipality of Obando, Bulacan, under a concession agreement running through 2041.

Based in the Municipality of Obando, Bulacan, Obando Water Company Inc. (OWCI) operates the local water and sanitation concession as a joint venture between the Obando Water District (OWD) and a private partner. The concession covers nine of Obando's eleven barangays, serving a population of around 60,000 residents.
OWCI's mandate includes network rehabilitation and expansion to improve water supply coverage, availability, and pressure across its service area, with average daily water demand expected to grow from roughly 8 million liters per day (MLD) toward 14 MLD as the concession progresses toward its 2041 end date. In October 2024, SMC Bulacan Water Services Corp. — a unit of San Miguel Corporation — acquired a 90% stake in OWCI, becoming the company's majority private partner alongside OWD.

Joint Venture Agreement Signed
