Iloilo III Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ILECO III) is a grantee of a certificate of franchise to operate electric light and power services in municipalities of the province of Iloilo. The cooperative maintains area offices in Sara, Pani-an, and Natividad, where member-consumers can report power interruptions and transact with the cooperative.
In July 2022, Republic Act No. 11918 transferred parts of ILECO III's former service area — including Passi City and several municipalities — to MORE Electric and Power Corporation. ILECO III continues to serve its remaining coverage area under a franchise valid until August 10, 2039.
